Review of American InterContinental University Online

American InterContinental University is one of the youngest institutes of higher education in the country. A for- profit institution, it was founded in Switzerland in 1970 by two American educators and soon set up two campuses in the United States (California and South Florida) and four in other countries, including Great Britain. In 2001, a separate online campus was established, which has since won a number of awards; and that will be the subject of this American InterContinental University review.

The American InterContinental University online curriculum consists of five program offerings from the university’s schools of business, criminal justice, design, education, and information technology. With every course, students can not only watch the videos as often as they need to, in case there is something they missed, but they can also print up the lectures. Following is a list of some of the courses available online from each school and each degree level— associate, bachelor’s, and master’s.
